We are now accepting online registrations for 2025-2026! Please read the following directives before filling in the Enrollment Form below. 

Visitation Academy is a Catholic School. We accept Chrstian and Non-Christian families. Non-Discrimination -The non-Catholic student is welcome at Visitation Academy. The non-Catholic student is expected to understand and agree that the School exists to educate in the framework of Catholic values. Non-Catholic students must participate in the Religion classes and liturgical services scheduled for the students during the school year.

 Visitation Academy will require the following forms which can be uploaded to the online application.
1.   Birth Certificate - May be attached to online registration if applicable. 
The Pre-Kindergarten 3 child must be three years old on or before Oct. 1^st.
 The Pre-Kindergarten 4 child must be four years old on or before Oct. 1^st.
The Kindergarten child must be five years old on or before October 1^st.

2.   Baptismal Certificate if applicable - May be attached to online registration  

3.   Physical Examination Form (pdf) - Please send in most current physical exam papers before the school year begins.   May be attached to online registration.

In addition to the online application, please complete the below forms and return to the school office either by email or mail. 

2. Transportation FormsBus Service is provided through the Board of Education from each town. Most towns do not provide busing to Visitation Academy. Some towns reimburse parents in lieu of busing, upon application. All families are required to fill out the Transportation Form in order for you to qualify to receive the transportation subsidy from your town if available. Visitation Academy will submit the form for you.THE SCHOOL MUST SEND FORMS TO INDIVIDUAL TOWNS BY JANUARY OF THAT YEAR IN ORDER TO RECEIVE SUBSIDY.  

3. Transfer Students – A recent report card and test scores are required before acceptance into Visitation Academy. An interview with the Principal and a letter of recommendation is also required for students in grades 4 through 8. All transfer students are accepted at the discretion of the principal. The following Transcript Request Form must be completed and returned to our school office.

4. Non-Public Famiy Survey - Non-public schools are funded by grant & title money. The only way to ensure that we receive what is due to us is to have parents complete this form.

Probationary Period - All new students will be given a trial period  in which to prove himself/herself both socially and academically.

The Electronic Application Process:
 ●     Be sure to have the following documents on hand when completing the online form in order to expedite the process: Birth Certificate, Immunization Record and Baptismal Certificate (if applicable)
 ●     When you click on the link below, you will be directed to a screen that shows the Archdiocese of Newark Logo.  It is there that you will create an account with PowerSchool Enrollment.  Having an account will allow you to return to the registration process.
 ●     Data collected is not shared with third parties.
 ●     PowerSchool Enrollment also makes registering additional children simpler as you will be able to “snap” much of the information you entered into another family member’s registration.
 ●     After the online registration is complete, the school will contact you regarding next steps.
