Middle School Language Arts

Grammar and writing skills are essential for success in school and in life.    Grammar is becoming a lost art, but not in this school, not in my classroom.  Grammar rules are taught, not only until students get them right, but also until students can't imagine getting them wrong.
Writing is practiced, and practiced, and practiced some more.  Students write essays, stories, poems, and much more.  We show off our skills at poetry cafes and mock trials.

Hello everyone,

Welcome back.  This is our year to get back on track, and prepare for the road ahead.  Assignments and rubrics are posted in Google Classroom.  Keep checking there, and check into Powerschool to see if any assignments are missing.

Finally, remember to pray.  Prayer and patience will get us through the storm.  Have faith.
