Why a Catholic School for your child?

Catholic schools offer a faith-filled education and academic excellence for students nationwide. National test scores, high school graduation rates, college attendance and other data shows that Catholic schools frequently out perform schools in both the public and private sector. The good news is that there is still a strong demand and enthusiasm for Catholic schools nationwide. Many have waiting lists and new schools are opening.

It is for a great occasion, but very sad news that Rosemary Roberts, our beloved secretary, will be retiring from Visitation Academy. Rosemary will be moving to Virginia Beach to be closer to her daughter. They are expecting a baby in August.

Rosemary's position has been filled from within.

Thank you
Ms. Harrigan

Visitation...the best school!
....As my study at Felician comes to an end, I have to say that Visitation Academy is the best school that I had ever been placed in as a student teacher. From the moment that I walked into the school, I felt I was welcomed by everyone, including the parents. This is exactly what happens in the Gospel when Mary visits her cousin, Elizabeth. From this perspective, I would say that the community of the Visitation Academy really lives up to its name.
