Visitation Academy’s Mission Statement reflects our goal; to create an affirmative environment conducive to successful learning with Jesus as our center, responding to the call asking only this:  “to act justly, to love tenderly, and to walk humbly with our God.”
Micah 6:8.

Why a Catholic School for your child?

Catholic schools offer a faith-filled education and academic excellence for students nationwide. National test scores, high school graduation rates, college attendance and other data shows that Catholic schools frequently out perform schools in both the public and private sector. The good news is that there is still a strong demand and enthusiasm for Catholic schools nationwide. Many have waiting lists and new schools are opening.

BACK TO SCHOOL
Visitation Academy is happy to welcome new and returning students to the 2016-17 school year. We are looking forward to another successful year ensuring our students receive a quality, faith-filled education. We have been working very hard this summer to clean, paint, and update our school building.

Our new Early Childhood Center has been restructured and will include grades Prek-3 to Kindergarten. The Preschool floor will now have a break-out room for inside play and a new technology room which will house I-Pads and a new Promethium board to enhance learning.

Visitation...the best school!
....As my study at Felician comes to an end, I have to say that Visitation Academy is the best school that I had ever been placed in as a student teacher. From the moment that I walked into the school, I felt I was welcomed by everyone, including the parents. This is exactly what happens in the Gospel when Mary visits her cousin, Elizabeth. From this perspective, I would say that the community of the Visitation Academy really lives up to its name.

Admission Forms 2016-2017
Attached are all the registration forms needed for the 2016-2017 school year. Health records may be sent in during the summer months. We are asking all families to try to register before May 10th to insure room is available.

Technology News
“I did it!” some exclaimed after successfully navigating characters on the computer screen through a maze. But if you looked a little closer, a computer science lesson was happening.
